Measuring your food

It seems like a pain in the butt but measuring your food is the best way to attain portion control. I've been doing this for the past few days, as ordered by my doctor. I have already lost one pound.
I know that it doesn't soundalike much but it's the first time that I have been able to break through a seemingly unbreakable plateau.
This is just another example of learning that my doctor really does know her stuff.
