I decided to try a different exercise that a spark friend mentioned; Turbo Chair Aerobics. It's a complete exercise routine while sitting down.
Day one: 30 minutes
Day two: 40 minutes
Day three: 40 minutes
I actually broke a sweat doing this form of exercise. He also adds some dance moves such as the salsa and mamba.
It's challenging, as the weight I carry in my stomach weighs my legs down. Not a pretty picture, I know, but it's a fact. It's harder to march in place sitting down because of it, but that's a good thing. My husband pointed out that I will actually "feel" the difference as I drop weight in that area, if I continue to do these workouts.
It is very warm here, as we do not have A.C., which makes working out pretty steamy.
