(points): 7 - 6 days straight! woooo!
Alright, quick recap on the last few days: Thursday I did Yoga for Belly Dance from Rachel Brice's Serpentine DVD plus a few extra poses to cool down since that's normally used for a warm-up, Friday I did 15mins of lower back and general relaxation focused poses to prepare for bed and yesterday I did mainly leg stretches after walk/run intervals and a 10 minute meditation on the breath.
Today I'm thinking to do the forward bending practice of Yoga for Wellness before bed
