Summer challenge is soon to begin. These are my goals:
o Track food and stay within range of 1,200- 1,600 calories
o Wear pedometer trying for 10,000 daily steps as my arthritis allows
o Continue exercise of line dance and Curves, but strive to do 2 Spark videos per week.
o Support fellow Starfish with goodies or comments
o Log in to team daily with exercise and weekly challenge
I almost made 5% goal last challenge. I can do it this time!
