Your body is amazing

Have you ever really thought about it? Right now, as you're reading this, your brain is running nine to the dozen moving your eyes, processing what they see, working your heart, lungs, digestion, blood filtration, powering your muscles to keep you upright and probably a hundred other things I don't even know about.

Your body can help keep itself in shape. You have legs to walk or run, do jumping jacks or jump rope. You can box with your arms and dance with your hips. Or just flail around like a loon to get your heart rate up. You can do a whole-body strength training routine using nothing but that body. Push ups, lunges, leg raises, crunches and so many more it's almost impossible to get bored.

And then after a hard workout session you can stretch out all your muscles so they don't get sore, just by putting that amazing body into the right position. Need to stretch your quads? Just hike your leg up behind you. Sore shoulders? Just pull your arm across your chest or do the goal post stretch. You have all the equipment you need right there.
