Wk 118 Weigh In

So this week's task was to undo the gain from last week. I have also switched my free day to Sunday from Saturday. The switch came about because my son and I go out to lunch for pizza on Saturday, we've done it for probably 10 years now. But our favorite pizza place closed a little over a year ago and there isn't another pizza buffet on Saturday in this town! So we drove about 20 minutes to another town and pay just short of $20 for pizza, salad and sodas. There's a fairly new place that's about 5 minutes from my house and while they don't have a Saturday buffet, they do have one on Sunday. We tried it last week and it was good and for the both of us it was just over $15. So by switching my pizza day, I save $5 in cash plus the gas money saved from the much shorter drive. It will take some getting used to however, Saturday didn't feel like Saturday to me at all yesterday.

Anyway, let's get to the numbers for the week, after all, that's why you're here!

Total : 107.2

I almost got rid of all of last week's gain! I figured it would take 2 weeks to drop it and I'm glad that I got rid of a large chunk of it already. It's 10:40 am, I've had 3 glasses of water and will have another 3 glasses before going for pizza in about an hour or so. Gotta get that water in, no matter what!

    Congratulations on the great weight loss this week! I changed my day to Sunday as well because we eat out on Sunday and it makes it easier to eat with others. On Saturday I am usually eating alone so no one is complaining that I am "high maintenance".

Pizza day with your son -- nice. A good memory maker is worth the change in routine.
How many glasses (ounces?) do you average per day?
SP encourages 8 but it seems like so many do much more.

    I agree with _BABE_ water weight from eating fast food out....does it to me every time. Then I must make sure I drink my water and eat potassium rich fruit and veggies...and get my magnesium and calcium then I can lose 4 pounds in one day. ...That is what I have to do each time I eat out except for Thai Lanna....and my salad. You will get used to the change...Hubby was home on Monday last week and I was a day behind all threw my inter clock off. I think I am on track again.....don't know if he is working tomorrow or not, If he don't I may have to start my clock all over again.... LOL! Have a great week and lose the rest of that excess weight this week. I am cheering for you. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
