I have completed week 6 of BR!! Wow, I have been really getting back into exercising since January this year, and I really picked things up more in April. I started Jillian's BR program in June. This is the longest I have stuck with a Jillian program. I usually get bored by the third week and give up. This BR program is great since the workouts change after every two weeks and each week I get to do two different workouts. I love it! I have lost a couple more pounds and I am excited to finally see the 140s again!! I haven't seen them since before I had my first child! That is almost 10 years ago....he will be nine in December so I am also counting while I was pregnant! It feels good to finally be this close to my goal weight! I almost thought I was doomed to be in the 150s forever and would never get below that! Yay for Jillian Michaels BR and also all the cardio dancing classes I do!! Just have to keep going, as I am halfway over the program now. Yay!!
