I derailed the Leprechauns yesterday. Saturday started slow and negative because I had to change my exercise plan. Did the videos - but hey after 24 minutes I decided I wanted to dance to some songs I had downloaded and did another 20 minutes on that. So ended up doing 45 minutes. And enjoyed my dance session. Not as intense as a run would have been, but it is substitutable. But - in the evening I rode my bike. I had a meeting with a friend who lives near me. On my way home from my errands I passed by her - she had not gotten home yet. So I went home. When she called, I said okay I'd come back and I got on my bike and rode to her to get a total of 20 minute exercise in.
Food - my real Leprechaun was good. I cooked some chicken and although I had to delay eating for about 2 hours (cooking and my meeting) I resisted the temptation to eat fast food - which I purchased for my son. I went over calorie range by 100 calories.
