Water...I have the most trouble getting my water in! But I have a solution! I prepare 3x24 oz bottles of water every morning...I drink one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one on my way home from work! Then I have another I sip on during the evening! This works for me Mon - Fri...now to implement it for weekends and vacations!!!

I also have difficulty with consistency and exercise! I do really well for weeks (last go was 6 weeks then I petered off slowly...but I haven't stopped - while on vacation I did a couple of hikes and long walks...one was tons of stairs and my calves show that!). So I am going to refocus, set my goals for the week, plan out my exercise and meals, and take each day as it comes...not worry about yesterday(it's over and the wine and cheese was delicious!) and not worry about tomorrow (maybe it will be the apocalypse...who knows?) but focus on now...what can I do NOW and that was my success in the spring and will be my success NOW...because it is TIME...I love dancing and running and climbing and I want to be able to do those things again! My body is beyond ready and my spirit is ready now to get my mind on board and get it done! We are all happier when we work together and do the things we love!

What is holding you back? How are you overcoming it or how did you?

    way similar with the water and doing good at the exercise until I slack off. I started getting mini bottles so I don't feel overwhelmed and using flavor.
