Ok, just when I think I have figured out this c25k program it changes. Usually run short intervals two days then the full duration but not on week 7 day 1. Boom, no short intervals just walk 5 min., jog 25 min., walk 5min. Thank you very much. I did walk out the rest of my 3 mile walk after doing so. I got my jogging shoes back on with a blister bandaid and survived fine.
Have church service next. Already been praying (joking about the run but for real in life) as we have a new baptism today. We like to do things a little different sometimes at our church, and while we do have a traditional baptismal (we dunk in our religion), off to the families house at the lake we go and will have it there. Off to the river we go to wash away the sin. I just love our church family.
