Finally, but!

Back in January, I started my SparkPeople journey. It was then I set my goal to loss 10 pounds and to exercise more to become a healthier me. Well today I reached my goal of 10 pounds! Great right? i have reached my exercise goal too. I have made exercise part of my life with walking at least 3 days a week and strength training 3 to 4 times a week. Well it is but I realize I have at least another 10 pounds to go. Perhaps it is best that I did not set my weight loss goal at 20 pounds initial. I may never have started. Now, I know I can do this. It may take time to get there but it will be worth the effort.

    YOu know you can make your goal as you have reached your previous goal, also you are better because you set something that was achievable and can keep going. Awesome job!
