Back in January, I started my SparkPeople journey. It was then I set my goal to loss 10 pounds and to exercise more to become a healthier me. Well today I reached my goal of 10 pounds! Great right? i have reached my exercise goal too. I have made exercise part of my life with walking at least 3 days a week and strength training 3 to 4 times a week. Well it is but I realize I have at least another 10 pounds to go. Perhaps it is best that I did not set my weight loss goal at 20 pounds initial. I may never have started. Now, I know I can do this. It may take time to get there but it will be worth the effort.
