Injured and loosing

So here we go again after a bit of MIA time. Ruptured the cartilage in my knee and so am unable to exercise properly. With overeating an no exercise the weight piled on. SO back i came and logged everything and a 10lb weight loss. on my first week. Bit high but it is my first week after nothing for months. Does give me a buffer on my plan so any plateau weeks should balance out.

    Manc, welcome back! So sorry about the injury...a pretty devastating one! It's good you feel comfortable enough to return to basics, stop the backsliding and move forward again. Cheering for you!

  Glad your back.. Don't forget to exercise your upper body(weights) and core. My mom hurt her ankle and did nothing for months and her whole body suffered for it.
