So here we go again after a bit of MIA time. Ruptured the cartilage in my knee and so am unable to exercise properly. With overeating an no exercise the weight piled on. SO back i came and logged everything and a 10lb weight loss. on my first week. Bit high but it is my first week after nothing for months. Does give me a buffer on my plan so any plateau weeks should balance out.
