Weighed in at 69 twice this week! Really pleased about it. Ate some fish and chips last night (tasted awful, that won't happen again for probably another year if ever) and some cookies today (didn't taste awful by I made them)...mainly for my father in law for helping us renovate our home but of course I had some too. More than necessary but I still tracked to stay accountable. I ran well today....faster pace than normal and clothes are still loosening up more and more. Next step is to tone more which will come as I'm working with a trainer. His focus is very holistic and functional which is different from anything I've ever done but I love it. Challenging and I am seeing results. Just wish I could afford to see him twice a week.
Anyway that's me for tonight. Need to drink more water and get a bit stricter to get down to that leaner 64/65kg. But I'm ready and excited to work on it! Yay!
