OK now a quick update on what I have been doing. In January in Palm Springs I bought a smaller swimsuit in anticipation of losing weight this year, I am now wearing this smaller swimsuit and had to buy a few new clothes.
I stopped losing weight when I left Las Vegas a month ago. I have been on vacation - busy with kids, away from home and no wifi. I wrote down what I was eating and estimating the calories. In the last few days I stopped recording my food. I continue to walk each day a minimum 10 minutes.
Tomorrow I am looking through my May/June blogs to get my list of successful habits and get back on track. I will not gain weight between challenges!
