Well I had a fairly good day today. Still trying very hard to get into the habit of eating every 3 hours. It's throwing my plan off, but I still think I am doing well. Tomorrow is my week 1 weigh in, I hope I have lost at least a pound a day average. That is my goal, one pound a day. Next week I kick into high gear and get back in the gym NO EXCUSES!
Here is my personal blog entry for very early this morning, I was kind of ranting so excuse the rant... I feel like I am coming along great in my search for self, I am learning how to express myself anyhow... LOL.
Off to the BluRay player for my nightly dose of Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss, they are so inspiring!
