I laugh at my last blog

So, my last blog was so focused and motivating. Unfortunately, life has a way ... ya it just has a way. You know the story. Stuff comes up, weather sucks, yada yada yada and so on. I've been pretty good about nutrition... so easy with farm markets and everyone carrying local fresh produce. I try to make sure Haley and I walk... path was flooded a couple of days but been fairly ok. Getting to spark... epic fail. I miss everyone. My friends and family seem to bring me down in general. Im in such a state of 'I don't know what to do or where going or how im gonna get there' for everything... family, friends, work, school, health. You name it, I'm lost/stuck. I can't do it all at once but they seem to be so interdependent on each other.

Well, I have four.five hours before I need to wake for work.

I hope to blog more and hopefully find some direction and clarity.

  Take time for you, stop and breath. A nice bath, lock the doors, turn off the phone, escape. Light a few candles, destress :)

    So glad to hear from you! I love that fresh produce everywhere this time of year too. Summer's grand. I wish I had land and could grow it myself!!

It sounds like you need to take a little bit of quiet time for yourself and make some plans. When there's too much going on, it can seem overwhelming! If you can break your stress down into smaller pieces, you might be able to make a plan for each thing that is stressing you out, and find a way to make it better, or make a long-term plan to fix the problem. Keep at it!

    I know how you feel! I've been on SP for a couple of years now... I will be motivated for a couple of days, then throw in the towel.

Just focus on your goals. On how you want to feel! You'll get through the rough patch!
