3 Steps to Incredible Health (Eat to Live) Day 12

Wednesday finished up taking care of errands, bill paying, packing, etc.
Thursday was the trip to NC. Most of it was spent in Atlanta. Rather, trying to get through Atlanta.

Friday, I spent settling in and getting fresh produce. My favorite market was closed. What a disappointment. Many more businesses have closed in the area. They had their July 4th celebration today. (The original had been rained out). There were a handful of vendor tents in the park. And only a handful of people were there. I hope more went at night for the fireworks.

I spent the day:
1. walking up and down the mountain
2. making Soup
3. Making Blue Brussels Sprouts
4. Going to the pool
5. Making a makeover on Possibility Balls

I feel like I have enough food to feed an army.


B: Salad with strawberries, Blueberries, banana, nutmeg, & cinnamon (amounts in tracker)

Salad with175 grams red leaf lettuce, frise, romaine
1 peeled, chunked orange, 50 g. banana halved and chopped, 1 T flaxseed meal
