So I have been super sore for the past few days. Wednesday was the first field trip of the summer program. We went to a skating rink where we played laser tag and roller skated. I worked with one student and I caught her quite a few times. My thighs are killing me from supporting her.

Tonight I finally walked again. I couldn't do the C25K because of how bad my one thigh hurts. It kept me up Thursday night, all night.

    Ah yes, pain in the muscles. I remember how I felt when I started doing pilates and realized that I had stomach muscles. I hope you feel better.

    we all seem to find those spots we missed when exercising .... hope you are feeling better .... I like the sports creams .. they don't smell good but they sure relieve the knots ... Roc
