Hey everybody emoticon, it is cold and rainy here. emoticon emoticon emoticon
I was looking forward to weighing in today. I wanted to write it as my status last night. But I didn't want to jinx it. emoticon emoticon
So, I weighed in and have gone from 115.9 kilos last Sunday to 114.8 kilos today.
So my hard work has paid off. I've still got 5.9 kilos to lose by my birthday to make that goal. I was thinking I would have a day off and have munchies-like chippies and cake , plus my favourite meal of chicken chow mein on the day. But I would put some back on having the chippies and cake. Well I could probably have cake without the chippies. emoticon
It is just over four weeks till my birthday. So if I really want to make that goal I better be really good. I have been doing my exercises and treadmill, plus eating healthily. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    When your birthday comes, have the piece of cake, and then do double the exercise and you will not put anything on. This is how I operate. emoticon

    We WILL reach our goals. Congrats on the weigh in! Seeing your hard work pay off helped you realize that taking healthier steps instead of back tracking ~ awesome!It is one choice at a time, one day at a time and remaining focused on your goal(s)! Thanks for your positive not on my blog, I plan on biking again tomorrow, today was swimming laps.

    What an upbeat, happy blog entry. You made me smile today! Thank you for that. I know you will keep on keeping on and get to your birthday goal. I just know you will! And then, treat yourself to a piece of cake or some chippies or whatever makes you happy. You have worked hard and eating foods that are pleasurable to us is part of the journey. If you're like me - you have to learn to eat all foods in moderation. And I know you can do that too! I believe in you!!! Happy Sunday! emoticon
