After tomorrow's rest day...it's official: Week 2 of Insanity is OVER.
It might seem like a short amount of time, but this is the best I've done so far when it comes to sticking to the workout regimen. I'm really proud about that!
Now my eating habits these past few days...I'm not proud about that. Actually, I'm super disappointed in myself. I feel really icky and upset - why do I keep compulsively eating?
I understand that I am still recovering from my eating disorder. And on the path to recovery, there will be relapses. I just wish it didn't have to be like that. :(
