I'm having a log of trouble getting my eating in order. 2 strategies I think will help:
1. Eating at the table (I've gotten into bad habit of eating in front of the tv and when I do that, it seems the eating never ends)
2. Having LOTS of healthy options ready to eat in the fridge.
I wish someone would hold me accountable to those 2 strategies!
