I'm having a log of trouble getting my eating in order. 2 strategies I think will help:
1. Eating at the table (I've gotten into bad habit of eating in front of the tv and when I do that, it seems the eating never ends)
2. Having LOTS of healthy options ready to eat in the fridge.

I wish someone would hold me accountable to those 2 strategies!

    Hi Sosi! It's been a while. Those sound like good strategies.

    I remember when I first did the Beck Diet Solution starting five years ago, I talked to my coach because I really wanted to eat in front of the tv. At the time, we decided that it would be OK for me. I promised to really notice my food and enjoy it. I lost all of my weight with that strategy. But it is really hard to know the right thing years later. It is hard to get the same enthusiasm all these years later. And I must admit that my trouble eating always takes place in front of the tv. I have good eating in front of the tv too, but those times when I am eating cereal right out of the box, I always have a show on the tv!

    This is a life long project! Good luck getting back on track! We have to keep on our toes!
