That's how many fitness minutes I had today. I walked three times and I had a long bike ride. I would never have done this before Spark. Thanks for making me an active person!

    Yay for you! I know I'm more active too, because of SP. It helps to have a place-FOR FREE-where we can log our minutes be congratulated by some, but basically to see a written accountability in a sort of public venue.
