I'm STILL in a very excited mood about my big loss so far!
I have been exercising everyday. I have plenty of energy and on the weekends I have planned to double my walk time. When enter my mileage today, I have a WARNING under my fitness that says it's unhealthy to exercise as much as I have this week without increasing my caloric intake. This confused me, I was so excited because I had made such progress and really felt good to be active and basically SparkPeople is telling me to slow down.
This is very confusing to me I want the weight to come off and I'm not hungry, plus I am loving the exercise. So my Friends....What do I do?
