Day#10 - Part II Exercise - What?

I'm STILL in a very excited mood about my big loss so far!

I have been exercising everyday. I have plenty of energy and on the weekends I have planned to double my walk time. When enter my mileage today, I have a WARNING under my fitness that says it's unhealthy to exercise as much as I have this week without increasing my caloric intake. This confused me, I was so excited because I had made such progress and really felt good to be active and basically SparkPeople is telling me to slow down.

This is very confusing to me I want the weight to come off and I'm not hungry, plus I am loving the exercise. So my Friends....What do I do?

    Just be sure you're setting up your fitness tracker so that it knows how much you're planning to exercise. When you do that, the site automatically adjusts your calorie range to keep you in a healthy zone. As long as you do so and eat within your calorie range, you'll keep losing while being healthy. You want to be sure you're eating enough, because if your calorie deficit is too great, your weight loss will slow or stop and you can run havoc on your metabolism. Congrats on your progress! You're doing great!

    Your weightloss could slow down if you don't eat enough calories. This amount has to be higher if you exercise regularly.

    I have been bad this past week with my fitness (the opposite from you) but with the new tracker it will adjust the nutrition tracker to the amount you exercise and you can eat more the more active you are....I noticed my calorie range is slightly higher now that what it use to be, I can't wait to see next week when I go back to my normal fitness hours.
I will not slow down if I was you but will increase the calories to give it a try.
If you slow down you might loose the momento you have at this point that is making you feel so good.
