Well, I've been doing this for a couple of months now - eating in range and exercising, that is. I haven't seen a huge weight loss (about 3 lbs.), but I do feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. My clothes fit better, and a couple of people complemented me on my shape. So all in all, it's not too bad. I'm not where I was last year, but I'm not as bad as a couple of months ago, either.
My husband and I are going out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory with friends tonight. I already calculated my calories for a skinnylicious chopped salad and a glass of wine. I just got off the treadmill, too, which I really didn't feel like doing today. But I did it.
Hope we have a fun time tonight.
