It's a Wrap

Wrapping up the week of exercise was 8 laps in lane 8 around a track. These 2 miles were without stopping except a brief retying of one sneaker. I wore my new ugly pedometer which said 6023 steps...I just have not found a reasonably priced attractive pedometer. We have had a week of cooler weather that made it so much easier to get outside and walk. A brief summary =
Mon=1 mile Tue=1.5 miles Wed=1.5 miles Thur=2.5 miles Fri=1 mile Sat= 2 miles

WooHooooo! 9.5 miles in this week Now if I can just use the tracker properly in the Spark People site, I have a 6 day streak.
