Actually, the mid-point was on Wed., but I'm just now sitting down to look at my goals and see how I'm doing.
Goal 1: Lose 10 pounds. Actually at this point, I'm up a little over 1 pound, but since I've lost 2" overall I know I'm making progress.
Goal 2: Lose 1-2" each from my waist and hips. One of those inches above was from my waist, so I'm on track there.
Goal 3: Get down to 1 or 2 sodas a week. Not doing so good there either, but this week I'm really making a concerted effort to stay away from them.
Goal 4: 5+ Freggies a day, consistently. I'm getting there. It's easier at this time of year when there's all sorts of fresh produce coming in from the garden.
I also have a couple of smaller goals, but these are the main ones I'm focusing on right now.
