Mid point of BLC22 Time to review

Wow time is really flying by! I am so in love with this round of BLC and love the team CAMO Crew What a emoticon team they are !

Here are what my goals were for BLC22

1. Stay between 135.8 to 144.2 (140 as the goal using 3% of goal weight ) emoticon is being met highest I have been so far 137.4 lowest I got was 134.9


How I have been accomplishing this maintenance Running 2 times a week at the park at the same time I am getting plenty of vitamin D from the sunshine which puts me in a better mood
emoticon Plus I have been making it to gym 3 times a week

2. Tone & tighten this body up Reduce body fat % I have been gaining lean muscle riding fat not as quickly as I would like but I'm very pleased

The How Strength training 3 times a week plus I just started an extra day for just a core workout

I am using Shapes Fitness Center for Women mostly they moved to a new location with different equipment for strength training and loving it.

3. To finish the 12 week streak of at least 20 minutes of fitness 5 days a week

I am still streaking to continue to do what I have been doing

I have decided to try kick boxing class that is offered on Tuesday nights I am working on rearranging my Saturday errand schedule so I will still be able to get my run in plus take the hour yoga class at the gym. Plus make time on Wednesday night for the 30 minute yoga stretch class at gym.

Only complication maybe is getting 3 full body strength workouts in. I think I can live with 2 plus one core workout for the week if need be but this will depend on my work schedule some weeks I will get 3 others will be 2 .

New NEWS : I am taking part in the ZP Challenge at work 4 weeks to a stronger you I can do this as many 4weeks as I can up to the end of challenge which is November 30th What this entails is getting at least 5 days of 30 minutes of exercise Which I do already Plus also includes nutrition challenge 5 days making healthy choices . Now something that has nothing to do with fitness and or SP As many of you know I have become friends with a couple of homeless people I have spoken about James & Handover and Charlie & Scooby doo Well Charlie was offered a place to stay and he can keep Scooby
a lady that work at race track convenient store husband needs someone to be around while she is at work they have a convert garage that is a bedroom with its own bathroom free of charge if Charlie will help keep an eye on her husband and do some hand man stuff around the house both are seniors so can't do a lot of the work any more. They are still working out the details Fingers crossed that he is off the street and in a safe place very soon. That will make 2 for 2 if this all works out.
