needing support

For a while I tried to use another website however that did not work for me. i did go to the gym for a while but then i did not go as much. I did not have anyone that would come with me. I realized moving to a completely new area is not easy and i am thinking about moving again this year but i am not sure. I started to track my food for today but I am working overnights for this weekend and my eating schedule is all messed up. I am not sure when to log my food when i eat during the overnight shift. But it is only three days for it so I was thinking for now it should be okay and just to try and monitor it the best that I can. after the divorce I realized how much my friend was helpful to keep me on track as well as my ex husband. I need to get that support again but from other people. My mom has lost a lot of weight and I am so proud of her.

    at work i dont have lunch or breaks since i am always working. there are times that I can try and log food if my manager is not around for the day. I did just pay for the app i just wish that I can track the other goals on it too. the past couple days when i got home i passed out sleeping because I was so sleepy doing the overnight visits I am not use to work.

    I hope that you find the support that you need. Remember to include SparkPeople as a source, too. Do you have access to SparkPeople during breaks? Maybe you could enter your food on the Nutrition Tracker then? Maybe write it down and post to the Tracker when you get home?

    It's really heard to get started up with routines when so much change is happening, but you can do it, one step at a time!

    Wonderful that you have your mom as a model of someone who has lost a lot of weight. You can do it, too!
