Just blogged this...
So before plyo this morning I decided to get out there and get in 3 miles running. Had 3 miles in my head but I kept pushing...until I met my goal..or even just over ... 13.2 miles!! Woot!! Great day the last couple of miles were hard! I really slowed down at the end and had to stop at times to do some ballistic stretching. That really helped to loosen my hips and thighs. Without taking the time to do this I am sure I wouldn't have made it. The time was on e high end...2 hrs. 51 min ..but I will definitely take it! Very happy I met a set goal today!, Especially happy since I only planned for a short run. Normally I stop when I get to what I had mindset....but today was different. Yay!!
Praising GOD for the strength and endurance to reach this goal. HE is AWESOME!
So obviously...I skipped the plyo!! LOL!! ...think I will be able to walk tomorrow???!!!! :)
