Shaking It Up

As I go through this journey I realize in order to stay motivated I need to change things up with my exercise. It's more fun for me to do different things. I love the outdoors and would do all there if I could. I play soccer and love to hike but in order to change it up I'm going to bicycle today when I get off work. Maybe take the dogs to the park. Keep the mind and body active and changing all the time. It's a good way to keep the mind and body young! Have a great weekend all my Sparky friends and change it up - just for the heck of it! emoticon

    Thanks all for your comments. It definitely keeps it interesting and uses different muscles which is good. Well...bicycling didn't happen yesterday - worked to late. Took the dogs to play and went to bed. Did do a great ride 40 minutes this morning.
