I don't list the cup of tea in my favorite mug from my favorite potter.
I copied the above from my nutrition tracker... so it's food, serving size, calories, cards, fat, protein. I also track fiber and sodium... 12 grams of fiber and 208 g. of sodium.

    I make blueberries a regular part of my breakfast as well. Just tried them on a bowl of quinoa flakes this morning with a packet of Truvia . . . delicious! Also had 3 egg whites and a whole egg scrambled. What a way to start the day!

    Looks good. I love blueberries especially when you can pick them yourself. My sister has blueberry bushes.
