LIFE IS GOOD 101 - REBOOT WEEK 3

I ended Week 3 of my reboot & have been struggling a bit with a local business trip that got me off course for a few days. Taking a moment to reflect & get back on track...

* Eating 5 fruits / veggies per day with large salads & lots of fruit
* Getting 7 hours of sleep most nights
* Reading inspiration stories / quotes daily
* Blogged 1x (today)
* Mildly weeded 1 day this past week
* Do Water Exercises 1x / week - did 1x last week
* Weigh myself 1x / week - had gained .6 lbs last week

This week, I WILL:

* Consistently drink 8 cups of water every day
* Get back to exercising a min 10 min / day (missed 3 days in a row)
* Practice meditating daily (didn't at all this past week)
* Plan yoga 1x / week - going tomorrow morning
* Focus on staying away from bread / rice which has been a struggle
* Resume tracking food intake daily (missed 3 days in a row)

I want that healthy, fit, thin feeling & be able to wear some of my beautiful clothing that's been collecting dust in my closet. We also just booked a cruise for December & I want to treat myself to a new smaller size bathing seat well before then...
