An Introduction of Sorts

So this is not a diet related blog, rather a glimpse into my life. I am single at the moment, no children, although I do have four four-legged children that call my house home. I figured that I would introduce them now, so when I talk about them later you would have a frame of reference.
This is Tigger he is 8, he was a stray I picked up when he was 6 months old. Before him I was not a cat person. Lol. He faked a limp that went away 2 days after I took him home, I kid you not. It only came back once when I tried to introduce another cat into the mix and he used the wrong leg.
This is Lucky one of two ferrets he is 7, which is fairly old when you're a ferret. I rescued him from a well-meaning, but ignorant about ferrets woman. When I got him he was skin and bones and extremely dirty. As you can see that's no longer the case. He is extremely affectionate.
Roscoe was my second rescued ferret, about 2 years ago, he is 4. His former owner's husband told her that the ferret had to go before the baby was born, guess who the soft touch was? He is very playful and affectionate. No pictures currently, but he is a white ferret with silver accents. No photos cause he is constantly on the move.
Ares is my newest addition and my workout partner he is 3. He is a staffordshire bull terrier/catahoula leopard dog mix. He gets called a pit a lot and I've come to accept that, that is what most people will associate him with. He thinks he's a lapdog and loves to give kisses. He also hogs the covers. Lol. I fell in love with him when volunteering at the local humane society. He loves people unless they are the mailman.
So that is my fur-baby family and now you know if I say I chased after Ares or Roscoe hates having his nails trimmed you know who I mean.
Have a wonderful day!
