The new tracking said I needed to eat 1800-2100 calories when I checked it at the end of the day. When I started out the day it said 1200 - 1500. With my exercising it changed throughout the day. Since I make my food plan the night before, it would be hard to keep adjusting my foods throughout the day. I'm a compulsive over eater and food addict so the reason I make a food plan is to not have to think about food all day. I can see how this tracker would help others though. It's pretty neat and I'm amazed at how Spark continue to update this site to help us. Thank you spark...
I have another page and I will track my food there. I won't be updating to the new tracking on my other page and I hope the option to keep it is always here.
