Weee!! I've let go of the C25K for now, I am liking this circuit-training routine more lately. It feels so good! I am really enjoying mopping the sweat off my face, feeling myself get stronger, and make progress as I can push harder. Plus, I love racking up that calorie burn! I think I'll do 2 days on, one day off with that if I don't run at all. Dang rain messed up that routine, but as long as I keep going, it's all good
Tomorrow we launch our canoe trip, so that should be a fun and active 3 days! The menu planning was completely out of my hands, as the trip was organized by some friends of ours. I got a peek at it though, and it's not all bad news, though not surprisingly devoid of too many fruits or veggies. I think corn on the cob is the only thing on the plan for produce. Oh well! I'll bring a few apples, and not worry about it. I'm so excited, I've never gone camping like this before. Chris had a great time last year, I'm happy he asked me to join him this year.
We are halfway through this calendar month, and I'm almost to the 2-month mark since I got serious again. Making great progress!
I think I'm doing a good job.
