12 Day Streak

Yesterday I completed the twelfth day of my attempted July streak. It was a rainy day and for the first time on my streak I did not get a long walk but instead relied on Leslie Sansone for an inplace walk in my hallway. Thank you Leslie.

Started the day be repeating my favorite inspirational video: LEoxGJ79PMs

-45 minutes with Leslie Sansone (3 miles)
-10 minutes of my morning low impact routine to wake me up.
-15 minute light-weight upper body strength training.
-11 freggie servings

Good things:
-Didn't let the rain mess up my streak.
-Didn't lose any weight this week, but it didn't bum me out. I know that plateaus happen, and I have from now until death to lose 45 pounds, so I have no reason to rush--meanwhile, all that healthy eating and exercise has other health benefits.
-Came out perfect in my daily nutrition feedback report, and that isn't easy to do on 1200 calories.

Maxim for today: What have you done today to make you feel proud?

So now I will pray that God bless and reward your efforts to escape the stronghold of unhealthy habits and enter the fortress of new healthy ones and protect you in your journey.
