I really need to work on my fitness and endurance. Really.
Being out of shape doesn't seem to interfere much with my lazy sedentary daily routines. So it makes it way too easy to get a little less fit every single day.
Ok, aside from the vague knowledge that I *should* be healthy and fit… I am hoping to go to Disney World again some day, and that's a LOT of walking! I'm going with a Zumba loving friend who walks briskly. And she has longer legs than I do.
Time to step it up!
Did a few minutes on the elliptical last night.
While watching "Fat, sick and Nearly Dead." (It's streaming on Netflix, and it's a really well-done - not dry - documentary about a couple of guys who changed their lives by changing their eating habits. WATCH THIS!)
So my goal is to do a few minutes, 6 days a week. And increase the time each time. If I do it twice a day, that's a bonus! Just need to work on my endurance for now.
