So today is the day where i have to do 2 workouts for t25, i just completed one of them, i did the lower focus before the cardio, because right now it is 30 degrees inside the house so i am going to wait until after the sun goes down and it starts to cool off before i does the cardio one for the day.
My thoughts on T25 are that it is very fun, i enjoy doing it however, I do find it very difficult. On most of the exercises after so long I do have to stop and do it the modified way. With that being said, I do find that I can do more reps of the exercises then I could 4 days ago, so that is a major accomplishment. I also sweat doing this workout video. I have gone to the gym, ran outside, also did jillian michales videos and have never had to wipe the sweat off my face, but with this workout every time i do it I am wiping the sweat off my face, so you can tell that really is working you.
Out of all of the workout videos this is the one that I like the best. I have tried 30 day shred, ripped in 30, body revolution, and jm kickboxing, and this one has been my fav. I also tried turbo fire and chalean extreme and I find that beachbody workouts are much more enjoyable then jillian michaels.
I would love to know what other peoples thoughts are on it!
