After one week off, I jumped right back in with my runing and core workout camp (where we concentrated on our "girdle": buns, hips, thighs) on Thursday. Oh boy did I feel it today! My legs were so tight it felt like I was dragging two lead sticks around as substitutes for legs. I am also being much more careful about what I'm eating (therefore eating less) so I think I had less fuel than my body is used to as ready reserve so it was a killer run. Where I am usually at the front of the pack, today I was at the back. In my mind I know that there are so many factors that affect performance but it's still hard to have such a bad run.
