It wouldn't be called a CHALLENGE if it wasn't challenging and today my challenge will be not to emotional eat! Dh had a restless night last night and all his nocturnal wonderings, snacks and who knows what else kept me awake. So I am tired!
And he is grumpy! Not a good combination!
The book I started reading is okay but I could do without the curse words thanks. I just don't think that in this book they are necessary, it's not a highly emotional drama where such words are appropriate! Anyway I am trying to ignore them and focus on the story itself!
Funny thing is, this book is very similar to the book I read a while back called "Invisible" but Ginny's book was better! That is just my initial opinion having only read 7 chapters of "Good enough to eat".

As for the challenge, today I am sorting out my fridge and some kitchen stuff to make meal prep easier. Going to slice up veggies and keep them in baggies or containers so that when I am hungry I can just grab! This is particularly helpful when I am trying to write and dont' want to stop to eat! If I have veggies all ready, I can take a quick break and then get back at it!
I must admit, trying to write a novel while the kids are on vacation is not the smartest idea I have had!
But this story is one that just needs to come out, whether it is convenient for me to write it now or not!
I don't know how it will turn out, the characters keep surprising me! LOL
