Last night I set the alarm so I could get up early to do my strength training and c25k training done. And I did it! The first thing I did was start my c25k day 3!
My legs are really feeling it today!
I don't ever remember me getting up early just to exercise! That's a first! I am pretty proud of myself for getting it done before I go out and all the hub bub of the house starts!
I think this week went great with the strength training - I did it for the full week and the c25k! I am on a roll!
This morning we are going to try to go blue berry picking. It is pouring so not sure that is going to happen. We will take a drive up there and see. The rain has been so sporadic you never know when the sun is going to come out or the rain.
I have to find some healthy blueberry recipes!
