I haven't been doing my usual Pilates workouts ever since I got osteoporosis. But now, I'm slowly getting better and have started doing gentler workouts. Today, I did a 30 minute Pilates DVD workout and I could do all the reps! The only thing I had trouble with were the push-ups and they're not ordinary push-ups, much harder but then I've always had trouble with push-ups!
So, I wasn't as unfit as I thought. But I still can't do some of Cassie's workouts ( blogilates.com
), but I'm working up to it! I hope the aches and pains in my joints goes away soon though!
