WELL GOT THE FITNESS DOWN I AM THE MOST ACTIVE PERSON ASK ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME I NEVER OR SHOULD SAY HARDLY EVER SIT.
I GET UP AFTER 7 TO 8 HOURS SLEEP NO.1 GOOD HABIT!
EAT BREAKFAST THEN EXERCISE HAVE NEVER MISSED A DAY!
BUT WITHOUT GOOD EATING HABITS FORGET IT I AM NOT GETTING ANY WHERE!
I TRACK MY FOOD AND FITNESS DAILY NEVER MOSS BUT IT'S THE SAME OLD WHAT I EAT THAT HAS TO CHANGE AND NOW IT I AM EVER GOING TO MAKE MY GOAL.
VERY RARELY DO I EVER GO OVER MY CALORIES,SODIUM IS A BIG CHANGE I NEED TO DO.I AM ALWAYS OVER ON IT RARELY IN RANGE AND I DO NOT ADD SALT TO ANYTHING.
I HAVE THE TOLLS I KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW I NEED TO GET MY MIND SET AND THEN IT WILL BE EASY SAILING.
I KNOW I CAN DO IT I HAVE TWICE BEFORE LOST 35 AND MORE POUNDS BUT SO TRUE WHEN YOU GAIN BACK IT WILL BE MORE THAN THAT.
SEAMS LIKE THE SAME OLD STORY WELL IT IS SO NEED TO CHANGE IT AND THE SOONER THE BETTER.
TIRED OF POSTING THE SAME OLD NEED SOMETHING BETTER AND WOULD BE WONDERFUL TO BE POSTING I AM AT MY GOAL WEIGHT OH WHAT A DAY THAT WILL BE SO LOOKING FORWARD TO IT.
AND ONLY I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL PEOPLE YOU HEAR ME I WILL!
LOVE READING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE AND HOW THEY ARE DOING IT JUST MY PICK UP SOME GREAT POINTERS AND SURE WILL PASS THEN ON.
SO GOOD LUCK EVERYONE WE WILL DO THIS ONE DAY AND ONE STEP AT A TIME WE ARE ALL WORTH IT LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well done on the fitness. Stick with it and we can all do it. The people on here are so helpful and supportive of each other. Visit everyday and you're sure to be motivated enough to get through.

    GHOSTFLAMES, I have re-read your blog of last July and I saw that I had commented on it back then. I am back again noting your "gaining weight" problem. I feel as if I am having the same problem now as well. I started with this almost four years ago following a left knee replacement surgery. I lost over 65 pounds over a three year period. Now in the last six months I have put back on maybe 20 pounds. I was down to 203 pounds and now I am up to 223. I am having three and four pound swings over a weekend due to fluid retention. I too have got to get a handle on this and get the weight down to around 205. AND IT IS NOT EASY!. But we must do it.

    YOU CAN DO THIS!!! this is a great blog and reminded me to continue tracking even when I'm not eating right,I seem to go a few days eating healthy then its a case of oh but i really fancy this that or the other and end up pigging out,so maybe we can encourage each other a little

    Set yourself some small goals. It's worth it. Don't set anything you can't achieve - just something you know you can. I went for several weeks not actually losing any weight, but my tape measure got looser and looser. Now the measure is staying the same - but the pounds are moving s l o w l y emoticon

I've made up my mind that it doesn't have to happen fast as it has to happen this time. I have so much I want to do - this will help me get there.

Keep pushing. You are MORE than worth it.

    CHAR, I KNOW HOW HARD YOU ARE WORKING AT THIS...AND HOW YOU NEVER STAY STILL FOR A MINUTE...AND CAN SAY I ACTUALLY HAVE SEEN IT! NOW IF WE COULD COMBINE MY FOODS WITH YOUR MOVEMENT, WE'D BOTH HAVE REACHED OUR GOALS.

IT IS NOT ABOUT KNOWING WHAT TO DO...IT'S ABOUT BEING MOTIVATED TO DO IT. EASIER FOR ME SINCE I LIVE ALONE AND CAN CONTROL WHAT FOOD I BUY FOR HOME. WHAT IS WORKING FOR ME IS HAVING SMALL GOALS. TRACKING MY NUTRITION & RUNNING THE DAILY REPORT IS SO HELPFUL. I'VE SEEN CHANGES HAPPENING...AND ONCE YOU DO, IT WILL MOTIVATE YOU MORE...SO, WHAT ONE FOOD EXCHANGE CAN YOU DO FOR A FULL WEEK? IS THERE SOMETHING YOU EAT THAT YOU SHOULDN'T BE EATING? EXCHANGE IT FOR A HEALTHY FOOD. I GAVE UP MY FROZEN YOGURT BARS FOR WATERMELON LAST WEEK. PICK ONE...AND POST IT HERE...THEN USE YOUR BLOG TO EVALUATE.
