OMG... your kidding me?

Hi Friends!

Well, I began week one again except this time I have a goal... a big goal! I will be concentrating on my first 90 days. I am struggling some, mostly trying to not eat food that I am not suppose to have, and end up not eating much at all. I have had 2 days this week with calories around 400 - 600. I have had a bit of a rough week... dealing with stress and other stuff. But I am determined to stick in there and keep on moving on!

My blogs here will mostly concentrate on my weight loss but I am also beginning a very personal blog on the side, this one will be much more personal, so I have chosen not to write it here, although I will always post it for those who wish to read, you are welcome to.

I believe that weight loss is two fold, one fold is what you eat, the other is what you feel. If you don't get both working properly, then neither will work. I will be working on both. Hope you join me!


Just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swim, swim, swim...

    Weekends are hard for me...when I work I eat more I added a "nutriblast" smoothie made with only fruit, spinach & H2o. Sounds gross, but tastes filling & a natural GREAT cleanse. What an energy booster!!!

    I have had days in the past where I ate very few calories and people would look at me and my size and say, "Ya, right"! If you have trouble eating as many calories as it tells you, you can try having breakfast being your biggest meal of the day but remember to eat healthy also. For awhile, I didn't eat breakfast so I had to force myself to. Keep going Kat, you are an amazing woman! emoticon

    Hope this week is better for you. I agree with you about needing to pay attention to the inside of you too. That's one of the things that surprised me when I joined back in April! emoticon
