Well, I began week one again except this time I have a goal... a big goal! I will be concentrating on my first 90 days. I am struggling some, mostly trying to not eat food that I am not suppose to have, and end up not eating much at all. I have had 2 days this week with calories around 400 - 600. I have had a bit of a rough week... dealing with stress and other stuff. But I am determined to stick in there and keep on moving on!
My blogs here will mostly concentrate on my weight loss but I am also beginning a very personal blog on the side, this one will be much more personal, so I have chosen not to write it here, although I will always post it for those who wish to read, you are welcome to.
I believe that weight loss is two fold, one fold is what you eat, the other is what you feel. If you don't get both working properly, then neither will work. I will be working on both. Hope you join me!
