I have been really sick all week. I started having these terrible dizzy spells. It made it very hard to do anything. Meds aren't doing much. I decide this morning that I wasn't going to let this thing keep me down. Even with the pain, I will do my best. I have been eating healthy planning my meals, checking it to make sure it is well balance. I didn't lose any weight this week for my weigh in. So this morning when I woke up, to dizzy to raise my head from my pillow, I was determined to beat it. I would raise slowly up and sit until the dizziness left me, then I would do an exercise on my bed. I kept it up for 90 minutes. This time didn't include my having to stop and get over each dizzy spell. I did some walking with the aid of my walker with a seat. I took my time and tried not to look up or down. I still had dizziness as I walked. Hubbie stayed close by and helped me stay upright. lol I am tired this evening. I do feel like I did accomplish something good today. I have to beat this dizziness. The doctors haven't found the cause. Say a prayer for me to get better. It is hard to stay up and cook and move in general.
