This is going to be short and sweet since I checked in with you earlier today! I am having a hard time getting back on track with my food since getting back from the funeral. I am going to have to really buckle down tomorrow, so I don't gain any more weight!

We had a fun movie night tonight with all the family! We watched Flicka. I had never seen it before and it was a great family movie!

Tomorrow is the big hike to Middle Fork Lake! Hopefully, I will have a beautiful picture of the lake for you to see tomorrow night!

Going to hit the sack early tonight so I will be well rested for the hike in the morning!

    I know you'll get back on track, but also understand that it's frustrating to have a hard time with it after so much time where it felt like second nature. You'll get back in the groove. :)

I remember seeing a TV series done from that story when I was maybe 11 years old. So enjoyed the it that I was tempted to name one of our horses Flicka when I finally had that dream realized thirty years later!

Hope you have a great time on the hike tomorrow - know that it's been a goal for a while, and the picture will be a beautiful reward.

Just work the plan that's Always worked for you & you'll be fine !
What's better the tastes of the food for a moment & the dreaded feeling that lingers after or how you feel when people compliment you. Or your body is much lighter & stronger & you can do things you couldn't before.

    I'm having a hard time too, getting back on track from my vacation. It seems like when you don't know what your eatingthemore difficult it is to get back in the grove. Hope tomarrow is better for us both!! We can do it!!
