Today, I registered an official 4 pound lose.
It has actually been a couple pounds higher,
but didn't think to enter it at the time.
My fasting blood sugar was 95, which is good for
a regular person, great for a diabetic.
No pre-meal shots since Monday.
Got over a 1000 calories of fitness .
Watched what I ate, but didn't count calories.
Was VERY pleased with myself overall.
