I'm supposed to be traveling for work this coming week. I. Hate. It. It's disruptive to my routine and my life. It's also exhausting. I'm not sure how I will deal with this. I'm trying to find a way to wiggle out of it. It screws up my exercise and my food. Not to mention my sleep schedule. Makes no sense for me to have to be there for these meetings as none of it has to do with me. I'm thinking it may just be a way for Mr. Roboto to exert her position.
That felt sooo good to get out. Okay, rant over.
On to happier thoughts. I have my menu planned for the upcoming week.
No butter chicken (Indian butter chicken but using yogurt instead of butter)
Pull apart pizza bread (my son loves pizza. Saturday night treat)
Hamburger steaks with mashed potatoes and veggies
spaghetti with garlic toast
tilapia with spinach rice
There is no change in workouts, cardio, weights and barre. I'm still toying with the idea of cardio, barre and yoga for August. I'm thinking if I do 40 - 45 minutes of cardio in the AM. I can do barre and 30 minutes of yoga in the evening. That should give me a solid workout and hopefully no guilt lol.
Anyway off to relax. It's been a long day and I'm exhausted.
Remember, push yourself, you never know what you can accomplish.
