Day 12 - A long day

Long day at work today. Playing catchup from 2 days off this week and planning 3 days off next week.
I ate at the top of my range, drank 8 cups of water, did not get much exercise.
Received mt pedometer in the mail and will start tracking steps here.
I'm planning a long trike ride on Saturday morning.
