I am very proud to say that I stuck with it all day. I ate only what was listed on the meal plan. That was a big one despite the fact that there was a carry in at work for someones birthday. But I stayed strong and drank my water. Had 11 glasses today. And did my Yoga Meltdown DVD. Didn't put quite 100% into that since my hip was bothering me.
Day #26 No soda!!!
